The Patient Intake Specialist – ABA supports families seeking Applied Behavior Analysis services by managing intake calls, collecting required information, and preparing patients for scheduling. This role requires prior experience in ABA, autism services, or behavioral health, along with daily bilingual communication.
You will serve as a primary point of contact for families and ensure intake details are accurate and complete.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient intake calls in Spanish and English
- Explain ABA intake steps, timelines, and documentation requirements
- Collect and verify patient demographics, referrals, and intake forms
- Review insurance and authorization-related details
- Update internal systems with accurate intake status
- Coordinate with scheduling teams to transition intake-complete cases
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and follow SOPs

- Required: Fluent Spanish and strong English communication
