About the Role

OpsArmy is looking for a Global Talent Sourcing Partner to drive rapid, international recruiting efforts across multiple functions. Instead of waiting for applicants, youll actively hunt for talent, build strong networks, and ensure we always have a steady stream of qualified candidates.

Youll be a strategic contributor to our hiring engineanticipating staffing needs, building scalable sourcing systems, and helping us support global team expansion. This role suits someone energetic, creative, and comfortable recruiting across diverse time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Proactive Global Sourcing

  • Build regional and international talent pools for recurring and high-demand roles.
  • Use advanced sourcing tactics such as Boolean search, targeted outreach, communities, and talent mapping.

Candidate Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Initiate conversations with potential hires and keep them engaged through the process.
  • Maintain talent pipelines so that candidates are ready when new roles open.

Role Alignment & Intake Management

  • Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to clarify expectations, timelines, and required competencies.
  • Translate those requirements into targeted sourcing plans.

Recruitment Workflow Execution

  • Facilitate candidate movement from sourcing screening interview offer stages.
  • Ensure each candidate receives timely updates and maintains a positive experience.

Hiring Analytics & Optimization

  • Track sourcing effectiveness, conversion rates, and bottlenecks.
  • Use data to refine sourcing strategies, improve funnel velocity, and reduce time-to-fill.

Cross-Functional Hiring Support

  • Partner closely with Operations, Client Success, and other internal teams to help forecast future hiring needs.
  • Adjust sourcing priorities based on client growth or staffing demands.

What You Bring

  • 2-5 years in sourcing or talent acquisition for fast-paced or global teams.
  • Experience scaling pipelines for high-volume or recurring roles.
  • Excellent English communication (B2/C1).
  • Strong ability to execute targeted outreach and build long-term candidate pools.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS tools and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote, startup-style environment.
