Responsibilities
Lead the overarching product strategy and roadmap for all company product lines. Translate market needs, customer requirements, competitive trends, and technological capabilities into development directions and product decisions. Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to End of Life (EOL). Drive MRD/PRD processes and prioritize development activities in coordination with R&D teams. Define the product Value Proposition, differentiation, and market positioning. Lead Design-In activities with strategic global customers. Manage and mentor Product Management and Application Engineering teams, developing professional methodologies and standards. Strengthen technical Pre-Sale and Post-Sale capabilities to maximize Design Wins. Drive cross-organizational collaboration between R&D, Marketing, Business Units, NPI, and Operations.
Requirements
Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Engineering. Advantage: MBA is a significant advantage. Technical Experience: 5+ years of experience in the technological development of complex systems – Mandatory. Domain Expertise: Experience in EO/IR, sensors, cameras, or electro-optical systems – Significant Advantage. Leadership: Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and leading cross-organizational processes – Mandatory. Product Management: Proven track record in managing complex B2B technological products (Defense, Industrial, or High-Mix Low-Volume). Strategic Skills: Experience in leading product strategy, roadmaps, and MRD/PRD processes. Customer Facing: Experience working with international system integrators and strategic customers. Technical Support: Familiarity with Design-In processes, integration, and technical customer support. Soft Skills: Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach, excellent interpersonal communication, and a high sense of ownership.
