Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment and HR Lead to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts and professionally manage a recruitment coordinator while supporting broader HR activities. This role involves end-to-end recruitment responsibility, partnering with hiring managers, leading organizational hiring processes, and overseeing employee welfare and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead organizational recruitment and manage end-to-end hiring processes

Provide professional management and guidance to the recruitment coordinator

Collaborate regularly with department managers to define and understand hiring needs

Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews

Work with placement agencies and headhunting firms

Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Provide ongoing HR support and guidance to employees

Responsible for welfare activities and company events

Generate reports and track workforce data

Job Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and HR - Mandatory

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes - Mandatory

Experience working directly with hiring managers within an organization - Mandatory

Experience as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Lead, or Recruitment Team Lead - Significant Advantage

Experience in LinkedIn recruitment, headhunting, and sourcing - Significant Advantage

Familiarity with and use of AI tools to support recruitment processes - Significant Advantage

Strong leadership abilities with high levels of order and organization

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple interfaces

Proficiency in Office software

Full-time position with overtime as required
