Job Summary

The role involves managing complex, multidisciplinary systems with a strong emphasis on defense development, project management, procurement, production, and testing. This is an opportunity to lead innovative projects in a dynamic and global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff reviews and establish detailed project schedules (Gantt charts).
• Plan, monitor, and manage product development projects.
• Oversee and control sales and procurement-related projects.
• Coordinate procurement activities, technical sourcing, and vendor engagements.
• Manage and synchronize processes across the manufacturing facility, including production, assembly, and testing.
• Lead field testing and trial processes from the initial planning phase through to successful completion.

Authority

• Set priorities within ongoing and active projects.
• Approve routine project phases and milestones.

Key Interfaces

• Engineering and R&D departments.
• Marketing and Sales.
• Operations and Manufacturing.
• Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Specialized vendors and subcontractors.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field – Engineering (Systems, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, Industrial & Management, Computer Science), Business Administration, Economics, or Exact Sciences.
• Specialization: A degree in Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Systems Engineering and/or Project Management – Advantage.
• Experience: At least 4 years of experience in project management, procurement processes, or defense acquisition/equipment fulfillment programs.
• Skills: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, paired with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Languages: High-level proficiency in both Hebrew and English (verbal and written).
