Electronics Team Leader – R&D Department

Responsibilities:

Professional management and leadership of a team of electronics engineers.

Design and development of advanced electronic boards and systems.

Responsibility for system architecture and hardware solutions.

Collaboration with multiple interfaces, including mechanics, software, electro-optics, production, and quality.

Overseeing development processes from characterization through integration to transfer-to-production (NPI).

Meeting schedule, quality, and budget targets.

Serving as a professional focal point and knowledge expert within the company.


Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

At least 7 years of experience in hardware development.

Proven experience in team management or professional leadership of engineers.

Experience in board design and development.

Proficiency with design tools (such as Altium, OrCAD, or similar).

Experience with complex systems – an advantage.

Experience in the defense industry – a significant advantage.
