Commercial Support Coordinator

Location: Bryanston

Duration: 12 months

Role purpose:

  • To provide administrative support to Commercial Department by tracking
  • applications from tenants, processing of approvals and associated lease agreements and capture leases on billing tool.
  • Process renewals and track with tenants to ensure renewal prior to expiry.
  • Assisting in all administrative related duties.

Key accountabilities

  • Track tenant applications on company's Site Share portal and ensure completion with relevant stakeholders within agreed SLA.
  • Calculate monthly rental per approved application, issue leases and ensure conclusion between tenant and company, based on company Delegation of Authority, in relevant tools, e.g. Site Share portal and Docusign.
  • Process duly signed leases on relevant tools, e.g. SharePoint and SAP.
  • To assist with all internal and external application and billing enquiries and provide updated status reports.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

  • MS Office package
  • SAP Real Estate (Desirable)
  • Policies and procedures
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in contract management administration (Essential)
  • 1 2 years financial experience (Desirable)

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Facilities Management, Property Management, Project management, Finance management, Contract management (Essential)
