Role title: HR Project Manager
Duration: 9 months
Location: Johannesburg (Midrand)
Role purpose:
- Overall accountability for Project process and frameworks; and the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of Career Path Project.
- Support operationalization of the FinTech Career Path project across multiple markets, including governance, stakeholder alignment, communication plan execution, reporting, documentation, and tracking workstreams.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Establish and maintain project governance structures across all participating markets.
- Develop and manage project reporting mechanisms for key stakeholders.
- Support the execution of the communication plan to ensure consistent messaging.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and engagement across markets, teams and vendors.
- Track progress and milestones across multiple work streams.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure accessibility.
