Role title: HR Project Manager

Duration: 9 months

Location: Johannesburg (Midrand)

Role purpose:

  • Overall accountability for Project process and frameworks; and the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of Career Path Project.
  • Support operationalization of the FinTech Career Path project across multiple markets, including governance, stakeholder alignment, communication plan execution, reporting, documentation, and tracking workstreams.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Establish and maintain project governance structures across all participating markets.
  • Develop and manage project reporting mechanisms for key stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of the communication plan to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and engagement across markets, teams and vendors.
  • Track progress and milestones across multiple work streams.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure accessibility.
