Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to support our real estate sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to property owners, investors, and other potential clients within the real estate industry. Your primary objective will be to introduce our services, identify sales opportunities, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our closers to convert into clients.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct Outbound Calls - Initiate high-volume outbound calls daily to property owners, landlords, real estate investors, and potential clients to introduce company services and offerings.
- Qualify Leads - Ask probing questions to assess client interest, needs, property details, and budget to determine sales readiness and lead quality.
- Set Appointments - Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring calendar alignment and proper documentation.
- Manage and Update CRM - Accurately log call details, prospect information, and lead status in the company’s CRM platform, ensuring up-to-date and organized records.
- Follow-Up on Warm Leads - Reconnect with previously contacted leads or inbound inquiries to re-engage interest and push them further down the sales pipeline.
- Handle Objections Professionally - Address questions, concerns, or objections confidently to maintain prospect engagement and overcome barriers to the next step.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams - Work closely with the sales team to relay insights, refine lead profiles, and support marketing campaigns aimed at generating quality leads.
- Maintain Call Metrics & Goals - Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets, lead conversion benchmarks, and appointment-setting quotas.
- Research Prospective Clients - Conduct quick research on property ownership, real estate trends, or location-specific details to tailor outreach and build rapport.
- Stay Updated on Real Estate Services - Maintain an understanding of company services, industry trends, and common client pain points to confidently speak with prospects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role (property management industry preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Proficient in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and phone systems.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Preferred:
Experience in real estate or property management cold calling.
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium).
- Experience working with Poplar or Evernest is a plus, but not required
- Basic understanding of rental market dynamics and property-related terminology.
Compensation:
Hourly rate or base pay (depending on experience)
6 Paid Holidays (Based on Filipino Holidays)

HMO on the 6th month
5 Paid Days Off (Approved same day or next day by HR)
