: Senior Account Manager (Accounting)

Role Overview

We are seeking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong background in accounting to oversee client accounts, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide strategic financial insights. This role combines hands-on accounting work with leadership and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accountants and bookkeepers to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with management and clients to address financial inquiries, resolve issues, and provide strategic insights.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external accountants as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting practices.
  • Experience in property management accounting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar).
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Work Details:

  • Employment Type: Independent Contractor, Full-time
  • Schedule: Time: 8 am CST - 5 pm CST (Managing U.S Based Clients)

Compensation Package:

  • 100% Remote Work
  • Weekends Off
  • 10 Paid Time Off per year
  • 6 Paid Holidays (Based on Philippine Holidays)
  • HMO (Comprehensive Medical & Dental - 100% Paid for by Company) on your 6th month
