Matric or equal
Valid Drivers License
34-year experience working in a preowned workshop environment

Responsibilities

Able to achieve monthly sales targes set by the group
Able to ensure policies and procedures relevant to the business are adhered to
Ability to monitor and control stock
Ability to negotiate competitive prices
Ability to retain current customers for repeat business as well as acquire new business
Merchandise

Order stock as per Chery SA Targets on IAL
Once received update IAL as parts received and stock into parts into Evolve
Every Chery sold will have an order opened and approved
An order will be booked out on Evolve
Merchandise stock will be updated on IAL with merchandise sold
Accessories

Order stock as per Chery SA Targets on IAL
Once received update IAL as parts received and stock into parts into Evolve
Sales team upsell and costing requested from the Parts Administrator
Costing provided and allocated to the vehicle
Stock Controller will raise an order for the accessory to be purchased
An order will be booked out on Evolve
Accessory stock will be updated on IAL with accessories sold

Parts
1. Warranty
Vehicle stocked and PDI completed.
Fault identified by technicians and escalated to Workshop Manager via job card
Workshop Manager to request pricing and part details
Parts Administrator to provide a quotation with expected time of delivery (ETA)
Administration Manager to send request for approval to Chery SA
Chery SA approval confirmed and order made
Monitor and follow up with Chery SA on ETAs and keep team updated
Parts Administrator to updated the parts board and track
Parts Administrator to update Service Advisor when parts arrive for technician to install part
Part will be booked against the job card on Evolve
Parts stock will be updated on IAL with parts received.
Old warranty part will be stored for a period of 6-months in the parts room

Out of Warranty

Defined as out of warranty - Backing plates or if Technician
damaged a part
Same process above followed


Parts
Senior Workshop Co-ordinator will request part to be ordered
Parts Administrator to source parts at the best rates via spare suppliers and OEMs
Quote provided and approved
Costing Clerk to uplift PDI Job card to accommodate part request
Parts Administrator to order part and ETA tracked with supplier
Parts Administrator to update board and monitored
Part received and loaded as a part onto Evolve
Stored in parts stock room and ready for technician to fit as per job card
Part will be booked against the job card on Evolve

Cash Sales Internal
Sales team will request price for merchandise order
Price will be provided and agreed with customer and customer to pay cash for item
Parts Administrator to invoice Item to client via Evolve
Payment made via cash, card or EFT
Part booked out on Evolve
Merchandise stock will be updated on IAL with merchandise sold
Cash Sales External
Customer will enquire via phone, email or Whatsapp requesting a part or merchandise
Parts Administrator will engage customer directly to provide a quote
The customer to approve quote and monies paid in full.
Any item more than R20,000 a 50% deposit paid
Parts Administrator will be ordered part via IAL and ETA given to client
Part monitored, tracked and white board updated.
Parts Administrator will load part on Evolve and mark as received
on IAL
Parts Administrator will book out part as a cash invoice on
collection of customers parts
Part to be fitted depends on customer request
Part booked out on Evolve
Parts stock will be updated on IAL with part sold

Customer Care team will escalate a customer as an aftersales matter
The Workshop Manager is informed of the matter at hand and vehicle booked in for diagnostic to workshop
Job card to be opened as an aftersales matter and Technician allocated will diagnose the vehicle issues identified on job card
Part request identified on job card
Part Administrator to quote for part and approved by COO
Part ordered, ETA tracked and white board updated
Parts Administrator to keep customer care team updated on delivery and as soon as part arrives have a technician sort out.
Vehicle tested, final check administered and part booked to job card
