Job Description

  1. Profile - Customer Relationship Manager
  2. Experience - 1- 2 Yrs.

Responsibilities

  1. Work on the tickets assigned.
  2. Addressing tickets resolved & closed in timely manner with proper resolution
  3. Responsible update of end-to-end status of the ticket, eventually resulting in quality customer service
  4. Fluent communication, both verbal and written
  5. Must be a tech-savvy person.
  6. Understanding the client queries and responds through Calls & Mails effectively
  7. Respond to client queries and issues, client database, software queries, add on services
  8. Individually responsible for all Pending status
  9. Maintaining tickets record, MIS reports and individual performance reports.
