Job Description
- Profile - Customer Relationship Manager
- Experience - 1- 2 Yrs.
Responsibilities
- Work on the tickets assigned.
- Addressing tickets resolved & closed in timely manner with proper resolution
- Responsible update of end-to-end status of the ticket, eventually resulting in quality customer service
- Fluent communication, both verbal and written
- Must be a tech-savvy person.
- Understanding the client queries and responds through Calls & Mails effectively
- Respond to client queries and issues, client database, software queries, add on services
- Individually responsible for all Pending status
- Maintaining tickets record, MIS reports and individual performance reports.
