About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth business at a pivotal stage of its expansion. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth across enterprise accounts within life sciences and manufacturing-related sectors.

You'll work closely with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, helping organizations evaluate and adopt innovative technology solutions that support efficiency, productivity, and transformation initiatives.

The role offers significant visibility across the business and the opportunity to influence commercial strategy while building relationships with some of the most recognized organizations in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, technical, innovation, digital transformation, and leadership functions.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer priorities, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Partner with internal technical teams to support demonstrations, evaluations, pilot initiatives, and solution adoption.
  • Develop compelling business cases and value propositions tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, customer success, product, and leadership teams.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and customer meetings.

Required Experience

  • 8 years of successful enterprise sales experience as an enterprise account executive or related role
  • Proven track record of selling software, technology, SaaS, data, analytics, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working within regulated industries or complex operational environments.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling into life sciences, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, chemical, or industrial sectors.
  • Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, automation, or emerging technology solutions.
  • Startup or scale-up experience.
  • Experience engaging VP and C-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with enterprise account planning and strategic territory development.

Location

Candidates can be based in:

  • Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
  • Boston, MA (Hybrid)
  • New York (Remote)
  • New Jersey (Remote)
  • North Carolina (Remote)

For candidates based in Toronto or Boston, occasional attendance at a local co-working office is expected.

Travel

Approximately 25% travel is required and may include customer meetings, industry conferences, team collaboration sessions, and strategic account activities.

Travel is primarily within North America, with occasional international travel as business needs require.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: CAD $130,000–$150,000 
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $260,000+
