We are looking for a friendly, organized, professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Receptionist. Position Overview: The Front Desk/Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring that our college operates smoothly and efficiently as per the Operations Schedule. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and possess strong computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist students, visitors, and staff in a courteous, polite, and professional manner.

· Manage all routine internal and external calls, screening, responding, or redirecting as needed.

· Ensure the efficient handling of distance education packages using the Postal Services.

· Sign for and manage incoming items, such as boxes, supplies, mail, and others.

· Maintain master copies of documents for instructors and staff, ensuring they are current and readily available.

· Maintain an organized and well-stocked supply of office materials, and order monthly supplies when necessary

· Open the campus on the scheduled opening time, check all the classroom settings, tidy up the common areas, including breakrooms.

· Always be available for Front Desk coverage, except break time.

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and excellent computer skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

· Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
