At Academy of Learning Career College, we are dedicated to helping our students develop the skills they need to transition into entry-level positions in their chosen fields. We are looking for a results-driven individual who is enthusiastic about building relationships and expanding our network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admissions Guidance: Guide qualified applicants through the admissions process, ensuring smooth and effective communication in line with application deadlines.
  • Networking & Representation: Represent the college, maintaining relationships with existing school partners, and engaging with students to grow our network.
  • Student Engagement: Approach potential students, develop a client base, and meet monthly enrollment targets.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing team to enhance our website content, social media presence, and other marketing materials.
  • Event Management: Organize and manage external marketing events such as Open House Days, driving enrollment in line with our calendar and strategy.
  • Client Interaction: Present a positive and professional image of the college in all interactions with clients, students, and their families, from initial contact to the student's first day.
  • Tours & Paperwork: Conduct school tours for prospective clients, effectively promoting the college's achievements, and complete enrollment paperwork accurately.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of all student transactions and files.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting monthly enrollment targets
  • Admissions Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in admissions at a Private Career College.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to speak Tigrinya and/or Amharic considered an asset
  • Ability to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin considered an asset
