Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will respond to customer inquiries through phone and email, follow up with prospects who have received quotes, and triage customer requests to the right person.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email
  • Follow up with prospects who have received quotes
  • Triage customer requests (sales or support) to the right person
  • Engage prospective customers at different points in the sales cycle to influence revenue (not on a quota)
  • Document data and key customer info in Asana for the sales team
  • Occasionally process payments and invoices through Jobber

Requirements:

  • High level of spoken English (near native) for customer interactions
  • Ability to make small talk or engage in friendly conversation
  • Software savvy and ability to easily adopt new tools
  • Ability to handle customer disputes calmly

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM EST
