RPA Developer

Purpose of the job

Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations

Duties and responsibilities

1. Identify and designing business processes for automation

2. Analyze and document client solution architecture to support Intelligent Automation.

3. Provide troubleshooting technical support for complex issues raised by clients.

4. Infrastructure engineering, monitoring, and networking experience within an enterprise IT environment.

5. Set up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error.

5. Produce process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward

6. Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs.

Job specification

Education

Bachelor degree of Computer Science from a reputable university

Experience

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills

2. Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients

3. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Skills and Abilities

• Fluent English and Arabic is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple concurrent
• 2 years of experience in the same field
• Proficiency in PowerShell script, vb script ,JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Experience with Databases, such as SQL and NoSQL
• UiPath advanced Developer certificates is a must.
