Purpose of the job

Sales & Managing Portfolio of Micro Account Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio to accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Negotiate offers and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers.
  • Attacking the existing shared accounts with Competitors.
  • Selling new products to the existing portfolio to increase its profitability.
  • Regular visits for the existing accounts to enhance relationships.
  • Do the account management for the existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve customers satisfaction.

Job specification

Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience of working in a sales role within a telecom or outdoor sales in a relevant field. 
  • Owning a car is a plus and required in some areas. 

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University. 

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Detailed understanding and experience of enterprise and outdoor sales.
  • Ability to network within a customer organization to identify key influencers and decision makers, demonstrable experience selling telecoms services and solutions.
  • Sound understanding of IP and Telecoms Industry
  • Good selling, communication and negotiation skills.
