  • Answering customer inquiries.

  • Entering detailed call logs for others to read and understand.

  • Maintaining records of customer contacts.

  • Maintaining records of survey responses.

  • Following up on previous customers.

Job Specifications:


Education: Bachelor degree in any field.


Moderate to advanced English
