Purpose of the job
- The role of Fixed Connectivity Sr. Manager is maintaining and increasing the revenue and profitability of Orange Egypt by implementing connectivity products. This role is responsible for developing and building new business processes and tools that comply with orange strategies and objectives of capitalizing the revenues through fast implementations
- A main focus of this function is to implement Oranges strategy for convergence and digital transformation, and to deliver the marketing & sales initiatives to drive significant revenue contribution. Accordingly, a key part of this job is to handle short and long term, technology adoption projects
Duties and responsibilities
- General
- Recruits, develops and manages project management team
- Responsible for Orange Egypt's B2B, Fixed ICT Marketing strategy and implementation
- Plan and lead the deliver legacy and new services and products following Orange TTM process
- Represent Orange Egypt with WE, international carriers ..etc.
- Leased Lines Delivery Performance :
- Achieve Monthly activation targets communicated by Marketing team.
- Achieve Office 365 Monthly activation targets communicated by Marketing team
- Continuously Enhance Activation Matrix
- Achieve Delivery SLA communicated to end user since PO awarding
- Quality of Reporting
- Weekly Dashboard on Activation pipeline and achievements
- Weekly Dashboard on Office 365 Activation pipeline and achievements.
- Track and report E2E SLA since PO submission on attack per station
- Stock reporting for HW on monthly basis
- Report delayed projects from other teams (sales and back office)
- Team management and support
- Follow up with team on internal escalations to achieve delivery
- Facilitate with TE Fiber and MSAN availabilities
- Plan and Optimize Expenses, overtime and Travel
- Interfere with Orange customers during delivery
- Report Implementations teams Activities and efforts monthly
- HW budget ownership and trigger IEC on time to avoid stock shortage
- Delivery Operations
- Updates and Reporting accuracy to top management
- Align with Technology teams the weekly plans and monitor the network resources needed to fulfill customers implementations
- Sales Support
- Work with Sales Management to define and monitor annual sales targets and KPIs for the products
- Response to sales requests and updates on timely manner.
Job specification
Education
- Bachelors degree in related field such as business, marketing, electronics, communication, computer science
- Project Managemnt tools hands on
Experience
- 10 years of relevant experience in same or relevant role
- Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
- Technical experience with IT and Telecommunication technologies is a plus
