Enterprise Fixed Marketing Sr. Supervisor

Purpose of the job

• The role of Sr. Supervisor Fixed Product Development and Marketing is maintaining and increasing the revenue and profitability of Orange Egypt by developing connectivity products. This role is responsible for developing and building new business processes and tools that comply with orange strategies and objectives of capitalizing the revenues through fast implementations
• A focus of this function is to implement Orange's strategy for convergence and digital transformation, and to deliver the marketing & sales initiatives to drive significant revenue contribution. Accordingly, a key part of this job is to handle short and long term, technology adoption projects

Duties and responsibilities

General

• Develop Orange Egypt's B2B, Fixed ICT Marketing strategy and implementation
• Develop the launch of new services and products following Orange TTM process
• Perform the vendor evaluation and selection process
• Develop Orange brand activities for enterprise across all touch points like portal and social media activities
• Revamp Orange's Customer experience based on innovation, trends and benchmarking
• Develop P&L analysis for new initiatives and projects assuring feasibility and profitability, including all related costs, packaging, forecasts, end user prices, and revenues.
• Performs strategic marketing analysis, market research, and SWOT analyses to develop marketing plans
• Develop AI Products

Enterprise Fixed Revenue Performance:

• Achieve Monthly revenues targets as per company targets
• Enhancing the current products performance across all segments
• Enhance Enterprise customers end-to-end journey from sales, pre-sales, delivery and operations
• Continuously Enhance Orange market share for Fixed business

Quality of Reporting

• Weekly Dashboard on Sales, Presales performance and achievemnts
• Weekly Dashboard on New Products development progress
• Track and report E2E SLA for sales, pre-sales and delivery team
• Stock reporting for HW on monthly basis
• Report and handle all issues faces orange with Regulator and 3rd parties.
• Support Orange customers during sales and offering
• HW budget ownership and trigger IEC on time to avoid any resources shortage

• Updates and Reporting accuracy to the management
• Aligning with Technology teams the new products.
• Create market research activities for active products including pricing analysis, competitive analysis, market share, customer profile, and feedback on quality of product/service partnerships
• Segment customers and define acquisition / retention plans peer segment
• Formulate and monitor the annual business plans to ensure long term success, viability and the attainment of Orange's corporate objectives.

Sales Support

• Work with Sales Management to define and monitor annual sales targets and KPIs for the products
• Response to sales requests and updates on timely manner.
• Owning Customers 'events and road shows

Job specification

Education

• BACHELOR'S degree in related field such as business, marketing, electronics, communication, computer science
• Business Management TOOLS HANDS on

Experience

• 7 years of relevant experience in same or relevant role
• Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
• Technical experience with IT and Telecommunication technologies is a plus
