About the Role:

As an Enterprise Software Sales Executive, you will drive the growth of emerging technology at Orangeleaf. We help enterprises in Southeast Asia achieve digital innovation goals using the Mendix low-code platform to rapidly build applications without traditional coding.

You'll promote Mendix, the market leader in low-code platforms, which is rapidly gaining popularity in Southeast Asia. This region is a key growth market as businesses focus on digitization post-pandemic.

Your role involves identifying and connecting with potential clients, successfully selling Mendix and our services, and expanding our market reach in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers.
  • Convert your extensive network of C-level connections to Orangeleaf Products and Services.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass performance targets in enterprise software sales.
  • Deliver compelling and articulate presentations in C-level engagements, creating impactful business proposals.
  • Excel at meeting or exceeding goals for qualified monthly appointments, monthly deal forecasts, and annual revenue targets.
  • Articulate persuasive value propositions around our products and services, effectively conveying their benefits to potential clients.
  • Emphasize on clear team communication and collaboration to support collective success.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive ongoing opportunities and successful outcomes.
  • Manage contract negotiations to achieve favourable terms and conditions for the company and clients.
  • Cultivate and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure sustained business growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in technology-related business development or sales roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience selling subscription-based software to enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, negotiate, and close large-scale technology deals.
  • Consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, including experience with global accounts and C-level executive interactions.
  • Strong communication skills, including a dynamic presence and effective English proficiency.
  • A positive attitude and the drive to succeed in competitive environments.
  • Demonstrated success in converting initial calls into viable business opportunities and advancing them through the sales pipeline.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, demonstrating a strong drive to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional results.
