Job Description:

The Marketing Supervisor will support the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, content operations, and brand activations across OPE' including restaurants, events, facilities, and visitor experience touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and on-site channels
  • Coordinate content creation (copy, photography, video) for social media platforms.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content in alignment with campaigns and seasonal events.
  • Supervise content creators and external freelancers, reviewing outputs for quality and brand consistency.
  • Ensure all communications, internal and external, Arabic and English, adhere to POG brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Support the production of promotional materials, signage, menus, and event collateral.
  • Coordinate logistics and marketing support for on-site events, VIP visits, media/press days, and influencer activations.
  • Support high-profile filming, media partnerships, and celebrity/influencer visits.
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs, including engagement, reach, and lead generation across platforms.
  • Monitor competitor activity and tourism/hospitality trends relevant to the Giza Plateau market.
  • Act as a key liaison between the On Ground Team and the Head of Marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in tourism, hospitality, entertainment, or cultural/heritage sectors.
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and content calendars.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
