Hardware Engineer (Junior to Mid-Level)
We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Hardware Engineer to join our team. This
role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with fundamentals in electronics.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Deployment Inspection (PDI):
Conduct comprehensive quality control checks and functional tests on company
products.
Deployment Support:
Assist with the physical installation and configuration of company solution at various
customer sites.
Collaborate with field technicians and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless
hardware integration, network setup, and initial system validation.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks to maximize uptime.
Diagnose and resolve hardware faults, including circuit board-level issues, component
failures, and system-level malfunctions.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain records of all activities. Contribute to the creation and refinement of technical
documentation, repair logs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a
related technical field.
Experience: 0–2 years of hands-on experience in a electrical engineering (electronics is
plus) or related fields.
Technical Skills:
o Fundamental understanding of batteries, electronics
o Fundamental knowledge of embedded systems and hardware design.
o Skilled in using electronic diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and
power supplies for fault isolation.
o Practical experience troubleshooting both hardware and related embedded
software issues.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
