Job Summary:
The Investor Relations Supervisor plays a key role in driving OIHs communication strategy with investors, analysts, and the broader financial community. The role requires strong financial knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to present OIHs investment case clearly and confidently. This role will help position the company attractively to both existing and potential shareholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, press releases, and annual reports.
- Manage regular communication with investors and analysts, ensuring timely and transparent disclosure of financial performance and strategy updates.
- Analyze and summarize market trends, peer company news, and investor feedback for executive management.
- Coordinate and participate in earnings calls, investor roadshows, and one-on-one investor meetings.
- Prepare management briefing notes, detailed Q&A scripts, and speaking points for investor engagements.
- Maintain and update the Investor Relations database, tracking shareholder movements and meeting history.
- Assist in crafting the company's equity story and refining messaging for financial markets.
- Monitor share price performance, stock liquidity, trading activity, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities (including the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), Egyptian Exchange (EGX), London Stock Exchange (LSE), and UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)) to ensure compliance with all disclosure, reporting, and corporate governance requirements.
- Prepare and submit mandatory filings, disclosures, and announcements in line with EGX and LSE regulations (e.g., material events, financial statements, corporate actions).
- Coordinate with legal advisors and external consultants to ensure regulatory communications are timely, accurate, and compliant.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Communications departments to ensure messaging is aligned and compliant.
- Support strategic initiatives such as potential equity raises, M&A transactions, or corporate restructuring communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. (MBA or CFA Level 12 preferred.)
- 4-6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Financial Communications.
- Strong financial analysis skills ability to understand and explain financial statements, models, and valuation metrics.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
- Solid understanding of EGX & LSE regulations and disclosure requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with investors and internal stakeholders.
