Position: Venue Services Supervisor

Job Description:

Venue Services Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of the site, from housekeeping and maintenance to staff supervision and quality control. This role is pivotal in managing visitor flow and fostering a safe, productive environment. He/ She will be the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall visitor experience and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate daily station operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations (Housekeeping Maintenance).
• Team Leadership: train and supervise staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment
• Quality Control: Ensure that products and services meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with visitors and other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly
• Visitor Flow & Crowd Distribution: Managing the crowd and ensuring efficient and smooth flow of visitors around the site.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Guest relations, operations management, facility management, venue management, or a similar supervisory role.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing environment, such as tourism, hospitality, events, or retail management.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of visitor flow logistics and crowd control techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a talent for resolving issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
