Job Summary:

The Treasury Supervisor will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk across the organization and its subsidiaries. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing capital structure, overseeing banking relationships, and ensuring efficient cash management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily cash positions, forecast cash flows, and execute cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and working capital efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiate banking services, and ensure compliance with banking agreements.
  • Develop short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to support operational needs and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks related to liquidity, interest rates, and foreign exchange to safeguard the company's financial stability.
  • Oversee treasury operations, including payments processing, bank reconciliations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on treasury activities, cash positions, and financial risk exposures.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies related to treasury operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; additional certifications such as CTP or CFA are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of cash management principles, financial markets, and risk management techniques.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.
