Job Description:

O Trade and Logistics is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our B2B digital trading platform. You will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market research and feature prioritization to UX improvements and performance analytics. Your goal is to enhance the platforms functionality, user experience, and revenue growth while aligning with the company's logistics and trade operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the B2B e-commerce platform.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor gaps, and customer pain points in B2B trade.
  • Prioritize features based on ROI, feasibility, and alignment with business goals (e.g., bulk ordering, freight integration, payment terms).

Platform Optimization

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve the platforms usability for bulk buyers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Streamline workflows (e.g., RFQ processes, order tracking, customs documentation).
  • Ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, and logistics systems.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze platform metrics (conversion rates, drop-off points, customer lifetime value) to drive improvements.
  • Implement A/B tests for pricing models, checkout flows, and promotional campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with sales, logistics, and IT teams to align platform features with operational capabilities.
  • Partner with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for supplier onboarding and buyer retention.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Negotiate with third-party vendors (e.g., payment gateways, SaaS tools) to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., traders, logistics managers).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years in product management, preferably in B2B e-commerce, trading, or logistics.
  • Experience with platforms like Magento B2B, Shopify Plus, or custom-built trade portals.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Trello, Figma).
  • Understanding of APIs, ERP systems, and logistics software.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex trade workflows into simple UX solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
