Job Description:
The B2B Sales Manager
is responsible for leading the sales for Private Visitation Tours at the Great Pyramids of Giza. This role involves overseeing the Sales Representative(s) to drive revenue through corporate accounts, institutional partners, and high-profile international organizations. The Manager will transition high-level strategy into actionable results, ensuring the team hits targets while maintaining premium relationships with hotel concierges, schools, and UN bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Oversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies for corporate and institutional segments.
- Business Development: Lead the development of customized opening packages and high-level presentations for premium clients.
- Performance Management: Review and consolidate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales activity reports to track progress against revenue objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Drive the collection and analysis of market trends and competitive insights to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Key Account Management: Maintain and expand senior-level relationships with international bodies and key hospitality partners.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the Sales Representative(s) to ensure the execution of approved sales plans.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within tourism, hospitality, entertainment, or cultural destinations.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with high-profile clients.
- Strong planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
