Job Description:

The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and enhancing the company's compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role ensures competitive and fair pay structures through market benchmarking, job evaluation, and innovative reward strategies that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Strategy & Management

Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation structures aligned with business strategy.

Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure external competitiveness.

Lead the job evaluation process using recognized methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, Towers Watson, or similar).

Manage salary reviews, annual increases, incentive programs, and promotion-related adjustments.

Ensure pay equity and compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

  • Benefits & Rewards Programs

Develop and administer employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, allowances, etc.).

Continuously evaluate benefits offerings to ensure cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Partner with vendors, brokers, and consultants to negotiate and manage benefits contracts.

Propose innovative rewards and recognition programs to support employee engagement.

  • Benchmarking & Analytics

Lead benchmarking exercises across various industries to identify market trends and best practices.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership on compensation and benefits.

Monitor reward program effectiveness through KPIs, employee feedback, and retention analysis.

  • Policy & Governance

Maintain compensation and benefits policies, ensuring consistency and transparency.

Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and line managers on reward-related matters.

Support internal audits and ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate governance standards.

5. Stakeholder Management & Advisory

Present recommendations and reports to executive management and relevant committees.

Educate employees and managers on reward programs to ensure understanding and engagement.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Masters/MBA preferred).
    • Minimum 812 years of solid experience in compensation and benefits across diverse industries, with proven expertise in benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
