Description
We are a growing credit repair business partnered with multiple automotive dealerships, seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with general customer relations, client management, and other administrative tasks to support our expanding operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging apps.
Assist with client onboarding, follow-ups, and maintaining client records.
Coordinate with automotive dealerships and other partners to streamline processes.
Help manage daily schedules, appointments, and client meetings.
Monitor client progress, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar customer support/client management role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and customer management software.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the credit repair or financial services industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CRM software and credit repair tools.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations.
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.

Flexible working hours(40 hours per week)
Competitive hourly rate (5$ per hour). Biweekly payments.
