Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. 
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. 
  • Supporting team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. 
  • Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities. 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. 
  • Maintain contact lists. 
  • Provide general support to visitors Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures 
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required 
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.


DESCRIPTION

Pour notre cabinet dexpertise comptable basé à Miami , nous recherchons un(e) Secrétaire Polyvalent (H/F) .

Auprès de nos équipes dexpert-comptable, vous assurerez notamment :

  • Le secrétariat administratif courant
  • Laccueil physique et téléphonique
  • La préparation et suivi mensuel de la facturation des honoraires, des encaissements et des relances
  • Le suivi de la vie juridique des sociétés clientes : dépôt des comptes, vérification des signatures, préparation des dossiers et suivi des formalités légales

Bon relationnel, rigueur, sens du service et autonomie sont requis.

PROFIL ET COMPÉTENCES

Vous disposez dune formation de type Bac+2 ou niveau complétée par une expérience significative à un poste similaire au sein dun Cabinet dExpertise Comptable ou d'Avocats.
