Application Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Application Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all individuals ("Applicants") who apply for overseas employment through Oriental Service Manpower, Inc. ("Company"). By submitting an application, Applicants agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Applicants must be legal residents of the Philippines and at least 18 years of age.
2.2. Applicants must possess the necessary qualifications and experience required for the job position they are applying for.
2.3. Applicants must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties associated with the job position.
3. Application Process
3.1. Applications must be submitted via the official application form available on the Company’s website or at designated Company offices.
3.2. All information provided in the application form must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
3.3. Applicants may be required to submit additional documents such as identification, educational certificates, employment records, medical certificates, and other relevant documents.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information and documents provided by the Applicant.
4. Application Fees
4.1. The Company may charge an application fee to cover administrative costs. Applicants will be informed of any applicable fees prior to submission.
4.2. Application fees, if applicable, are non-refundable, except where prohibited by law or specified otherwise by the Company.
5. Selection Process
5.1. The selection process may include interviews, skill tests, background checks, and other assessments deemed necessary by the Company.
5.2. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee selection or employment.
5.3. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. The Company will treat all personal information provided by Applicants in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Company’s privacy policy.
6.2. Applicants agree to keep confidential any information received during the application process.
7. Employment Terms
7.1. Successful Applicants will receive an employment contract detailing the terms and conditions of their overseas employment.
7.2. The employment contract must be reviewed, understood, and signed by the Applicant before deployment.
8. Disqualification
8.1. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Applicant who provides false information, engages in fraudulent behavior, or fails to meet the eligibility criteria.
8.2. Disqualified Applicants will forfeit any application fees paid.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the application process.
9.2. The Company’s total liability in respect of any and all claims made in connection with the application process shall not exceed the amount of any application fees paid.
10. Modifications
10.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website.
10.2. Continued participation in the application process after any modifications to these Terms will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
