About the Role
The Human Resources Representative - Recruiter contributes to the company's overall success by overseeing the full cycle recruiting processes for various positions at multiple locations within the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute full cycle recruiting strategies: research, sourcing, assessments, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Identify and implement effective recruitment methods tailored to the position, industry standards, and organizational needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to define job criteria and hiring needs.
- Source and screen candidates through the ATS, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct telephone prescreens and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Prepare interview materials, participate in interviews, and guide hiring managers through the selection process.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in the ATS throughout the recruitment process.
- Administer and report on pre-employment assessments; provide feedback and recommendations.
- Ensure timely completion of all pre-employment requirements, including background checks, reference checks, and employment eligibility verification.
- Manage onboarding: assign packets through the HRIS, monitor completion, troubleshoot issues, and conduct new hire orientations.
- Provide consistent updates to hiring managers, candidates, and HR team members regarding hiring and onboarding status.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies.
- Support HR team members with day-to-day operations, employee inquiries, and special projects as needed.
- Stay current with recruiting industry trends, developments, and technologies

- Excellent communication skills: able to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form in the English language
- Advanced reasoning/challenge-solving ability: able to analyze situations fully to arrive at accurate, logical, and appropriate resolutions; able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; able to deal with challenges involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn new/internal software and effectively navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Educational background required / desired:
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or similar educational background.
Work experience required / desired:
- Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously within an organization using sourcing techniques on social media websites, and job boards
