About The Role:

We are looking for a Timesheet Reviewer that handles various responsibilities related to managing employee's compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Timecards
  • Managing Unallocated hours
  • Tracking & checking of Miles
  • Filling out Paysheets
  • Accurately enter timesheet data into payroll systems, ensuring correct coding for hours worked, overtime, leave, and other factors affecting pay
  • Resolve Discrepancies: Identify and correct any errors or omissions in timesheets by working directly with employees, managers, and HR.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary contact for timesheet-related inquiries from employees and supervisors.
  • Maintain Records: Ensure that all timesheets and related records are stored securely and in compliance with company retention policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational background required / desired:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent to 1 to 3 years of Payroll Background

Work experience required / desired:

  • Proficiency in using spreadsheet software like Excel.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software

Years of experience required / desired:

  • 1-3 years

Communications skills required / desired:

  • Excellent in verbal and written communication

MS Office applications proficiency required / desired:

  • Excellent

Other qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and related systems.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
