About The Role:
We're looking for a full-time Operations Analyst, whose daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following.
- Fleet Routing and Field Efficiency.
- Optimize Labor Productivity and Utilization
- CSR and Scheduling Performance and Recommendations
- Inspections Performance and Recommendations
- Financial and Revenue Efficiency and Recommendations
- Safety, Quality, and Risk Indicator Assessment and Recommendations
- Management and Leadership Reporting
- Continuous Improvement and Insights
- And other ad hoc tasks that is relevant to the business needs
Skills & Qualifications:
- Thrives in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Effective and clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrates the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments
Educational background required / desired:
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology or Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- Prefer Master's Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and equivalent to 2 to 3 years of Continuous Improvement/Lean 6 Sigma background
- Prefer Green Belt Certification
Work experience required / desired:
- Proficient in accounting, billing, and executive reporting
- Experienced in Continuous Improvement and Process Transformation
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reports and recommendations
