About The Role:

We're looking for a full-time Operations Analyst, whose daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following.

  • Fleet Routing and Field Efficiency.
  • Optimize Labor Productivity and Utilization
  • CSR and Scheduling Performance and Recommendations
  • Inspections Performance and Recommendations
  • Financial and Revenue Efficiency and Recommendations
  • Safety, Quality, and Risk Indicator Assessment and Recommendations
  • Management and Leadership Reporting
  • Continuous Improvement and Insights
  • And other ad hoc tasks that is relevant to the business needs

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Thrives in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Effective and clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrates the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments

Educational background required / desired:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology or Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
  • Prefer Master's Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and equivalent to 2 to 3 years of Continuous Improvement/Lean 6 Sigma background 
  • Prefer Green Belt Certification

Work experience required / desired:

  • Proficient in accounting, billing, and executive reporting
  • Experienced in Continuous Improvement and Process Transformation
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reports and recommendations
