ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly capable Sales Administration Officer to support our rapidly expanding sales operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide end-to-end administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely task completion.

2. Prepare, update, and maintain sales documentation, proposals, quotes, CRM entries, and customer records.

3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information flow and alignment on sales activities.

4. Assist with lead management, follow-up scheduling, and pipeline organisation.

5. Monitor and track KPIs, generating reports and insights for management.

6. Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders via email, chat, and phone.

7. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to support operational efficiency.

8. Uphold data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across all administrative tasks.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar support role.
  • High level of autonomy with the ability to self-manage, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.
  • Adaptable, agile, and able to adjust quickly to new processes, systems, and business priorities.
