Senior Financial Planning and Analysis

About the Role:

This position is a key Financial Planning and Analysis role that reports directly to the CFO. Provide FP&A support including budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting. Must handle large datasets, deliver insights, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of annual operating plan and budgets.
• Perform job profitability analysis and ad hoc financial modeling.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports (sales funnel, backlog, utilization).
• Support ERP transition with data and reporting continuity.
• Build models for new market expansion and acquisitions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational background required / desired:
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 5+ years of FP&A experience

Qualifications required / desired:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis.
• Comfort working with large data sets and performing data imports as a separate competency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in construction or disaster recovery services industry preferred.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, PE-backed environment
