ABOUT THE ROLE
The Graphic Designer will provide dedicated design capacity to support Growth Squad during a period of accelerated go-to-market execution. This role is accountable for delivering high-quality, on-brand B2B design assets across marketing, sales, and product initiatives.
Embedded within a cross-functional environment, the role operates within a structured request-driven workflow (JIRA), ensuring timely, consistent, and commercially aligned outputs that support enterprise customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Asset Management
- Develop high-quality, on-brand collateral including brochures, datasheets, presentations, and one-pagers
- Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and enterprise positioning
- Template Development & Standardization
- Design and refine reusable templates (PowerPoint, Word, PDF)
- Enable scalable and consistent communication across teams
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Design Support
- Deliver creative assets for campaigns and product launches across key segments (Fleet, Truck/Logistics, Dealer/OEM, Bus, Public Charging)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategy into compelling visual outputs
- JIRA Queue Management
- Manage and execute inbound design requests across the organization
- Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining quality and turnaround standards
- Video & Motion Graphics Support
- Produce supporting visual elements including titles, thumbnails, and motion graphics
- Enhance video content for marketing and product initiatives
- Agency Collaboration
- Work alongside external agencies to ensure alignment on brand direction
- Contribute to design briefs, feedback cycles, and output reviews
SCOPE AND FOCUS AREAS
- B2B design execution across marketing, sales, and product
- Enterprise-grade presentation and document design
- Brand governance and consistency
- High-volume, request-driven design delivery (JIRA environment)
- Support for GTM initiatives and product launches
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in B2B graphic design (technology, infrastructure, or professional services preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate design work (presentations, brochures, datasheets, brand assets)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint
- Experience working within established brand systems and guidelines
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- High attention to detail with strong visual and layout discipline
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, request-driven environments (JIRA or similar tools preferred)
- Self-directed with the ability to ramp quickly in a contract setting
- Working knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage
