About the Role:

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and specialized roles across client accounts. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers, Service Delivery leaders, and clients to understand technical requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver qualified candidates within agreed turnaround times.

The Technical Recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and endorsing candidates for roles such as Financial and Accounting, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Developers, and other technical positions, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and Origo hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from MRF intake to candidate onboarding.
  • Review job descriptions and align recruitment strategies based on role requirements.
  • Conduct initial technical and behavioral screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Ensure timely endorsement of qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and clients.

2. Talent Sourcing

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, referrals,
  • and social media.
  • Develop proactive talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Maintain an active pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Service Delivery teams to clarify role requirements and
  • expectations.
  • Participate in calibration discussions to align candidate profiles.
  • Provide market insights regarding talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges.

4. Candidate Management

  • Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, Hiring Managers, and clients.
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates regarding their application status.

5. Recruitment Operations

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are documented and tracked in the Applicant Tracking System
  • (ATS).
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Support compliance with internal recruitment policies and processes.

6. Performance Metrics

  • Achieve recruitment KPIs and metrics
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical recruitment.
  • Experience hiring roles such technical roles.
  • Experience in BPO, outsourcing, or shared services recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and IT terminology
  • Advanced sourcing and talent mapping skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
