Job Description
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and business legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
- Counsel clients on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Partner with business owners to develop practical legal strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis.
- Represent clients during negotiations and business disputes.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
- Build long-term client relationships through responsive, proactive legal counsel.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active Alabama Bar license in good standing.
- 2+ years of litigation experience.
- Corporate, business, or transactional law experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage client relationships independently.
- Local to Mobile or willing to relocate.
