Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Location: Allentown, PA | On-site. Build your career close to home in the Lehigh Valley! This is a fully on-site opportunity for a local professional who enjoys being hands-on, leading teams, and seeing projects come to life.

Note: We're looking for candidates with 6+ years of commercial or industrial construction superintendent or field supervision experience. Experience coordinating MEP trades is required, along with the ability to work on-site daily in the Lehigh Valley. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are also required.

Job Description

As our Commercial Construction Superintendent, you'll take ownership of day-to-day field operations, lead construction teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

• Lead commercial and industrial construction projects from site preparation through final closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, MEP trades, schedules, and daily jobsite activities.
• Partner with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Conduct jobsite meetings, monitor construction progress, and proactively resolve challenges.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure quality execution.
• Champion jobsite safety, quality control, and a positive, productive team environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial or industrial construction superintendent or field supervision experience.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and construction field operations.
• Hands-on experience with MEP coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, safety requirements, and project scheduling.
• Experience with ground-up construction and renovations preferred.
• Familiarity with CPM scheduling and Primavera is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must reside locally and be able to work on-site daily.
