Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per yea

Location: Richmond, VA | Hybrid — Enjoy working remotely on Mondays and collaborating with our team in the office Tuesday through Friday.

Note: Applicants must have an active Virginia bar license, 2+ years of civil litigation experience, and Virginia circuit court trial experience.

Job Description

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution or trial.
• Develop case strategies, draft pleadings and motions, and manage discovery.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, depositions, and Virginia circuit court proceedings.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and thoughtful legal guidance.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
• Take ownership of your caseload while benefiting from a collaborative, well-supported practice.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Virginia.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Virginia circuit court trial experience required.
• Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Experience in commercial, contract, or real estate litigation preferred.
• DC or Maryland bar admission is a plus.
