Location: Remote throughout Pennsylvania. You can work from anywhere in the state as long as you maintain an active Pennsylvania bar license.
Note: An active Pennsylvania bar license and 2+ years of directly relevant family law experience are required. Candidates should also be comfortable handling family law matters independently and have an interest in or experience with estate planning.

Job Description
- Handle family law matters including divorce, custody, child support and related domestic relations issues.
- Advise clients regarding legal options, strategy and next steps throughout their matters.
- Draft, review and prepare pleadings, agreements, correspondence and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in negotiations, hearings and other family law proceedings as appropriate.
- Assist with estate planning matters, including wills, trusts and related planning documents.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide responsive, practical legal guidance.
- Manage assigned matters efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail and professional judgment.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to deliver high-quality client service.
- Maintain accurate case files, deadlines and documentation.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania bar license in good standing.
- 2+ years of family law experience.
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania family law and court procedures.
- Excellent legal writing, research and communication skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently in a remote environment.
- Strong client-service mindset and sound professional judgment.
- Estate planning experience is a plus.
