Location: Hybrid opportunity based in the Salt Lake City, Utah area, Austin, Texas area, or Reno, Nevada area, offering flexibility while maintaining strong client relationships and in-person collaboration when needed.
Note: Candidates must have an active bar license in the jurisdiction where they will practice and possess at least 3+ years of family law attorney experience. Attorneys with 5+ years of family law experience are strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Handle a broad range of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, modifications, and related disputes.
- Manage cases from intake through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, and correspondence.
- Represent clients in mediation, hearings, and trials when necessary.
- Provide exceptional client communication and guidance throughout the legal process.
- Collaborate with support staff to maximize efficiency and client service.
- Participate in networking and business development activities with firm support.
- Build and maintain referral relationships and professional visibility.
- Deliver strong advocacy while helping clients navigate challenging situations.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar license in Utah, Texas, or Nevada, depending on office location.
- 3+ years of family law attorney experience required.
- Strong legal writing and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.
- Trial and mediation experience preferred.
- Business development mindset and desire to grow a practice.
- Strong client service orientation and professionalism.
