Pay: $135,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year

Note

Candidates must have 4+ years of civil litigation experience, Georgia Bar admission or eligibility for admission on motion, experience in state and federal trial courts, and the ability to independently manage litigation matters from intake through resolution.

Job Description

• Independently manage civil litigation cases from initial investigation through settlement, judgment, or trial.
• Handle complex business disputes, commercial litigation, personal injury, and other significant civil matters.
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and collaborate with expert witnesses.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trial proceedings.
• Partner with experienced attorneys on complex litigation strategy while maintaining ownership of your assigned matters.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver practical, results-driven legal counsel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on civil litigation experience.
• Active Georgia Bar membership or eligibility for admission on motion.
• Experience litigating in both state and federal trial courts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently from intake through resolution.
• Strong legal research, persuasive writing, deposition, and motion practice skills.
• Excellent judgment, organization, and client communication skills.
• Complex commercial litigation, civil rights, personal injury, and trial experience are preferred.
