Location: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in one of our North Carolina offices: Charlotte, Concord, Boone, or Asheville.
Note: Must be licensed in North Carolina and have at least 1 year of family law experience plus courtroom litigation experience.

Job Description
- Manage family law matters from intake through resolution
- Represent clients in court hearings, motions, and other litigation proceedings
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
- Advise clients on divorce, custody, child support, alimony, property division, and related issues
- Negotiate settlements and help clients reach practical resolutions when appropriate
- Maintain strong client communication and deliver a high level of service
- Work closely with internal staff to move cases forward efficiently
- Handle a caseload with increasing autonomy based on experience
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina law license
- 1+ year of family law experience
- Litigation and courtroom experience
- Strong drafting, advocacy, and case management skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients during high-stakes and emotional matters
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced in-office setting
