Location

On-site in Wilmington, Delaware — work closely with attorneys and clients in a market-leading commercial litigation hub.

Primarily on-site with some hybrid flexibility depending on the team. Fully remote is not available

Note

This role requires an active Delaware bar license and prior experience handling complex commercial litigation matters in Delaware courts.

Job Description

  • Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare briefs and memoranda
  • Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert coordination
  • Appear in Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court Complex Commercial Division matters
  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-profile cases
  • Interface directly with clients and opposing counsel
  • Contribute strategically to case development and litigation planning

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the State of Delaware
  • 2+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
  • Experience appearing before the Delaware Court of Chancery and/or Superior Court Complex Commercial Division
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Large law firm or judicial clerkship experience is a plus
  • Must have big law firm experience
