Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location

Maple Grove, MN — Primarily on-site, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion. We value face-to-face collaboration while understanding the importance of work-life balance.

Applicants must be admitted to the Minnesota Bar, have 4+ years of civil litigation experience, and be comfortable working primarily on-site in Maple Grove. We welcome experienced associates and solo practitioners ready to join a collaborative team.

Job Description

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial pleadings through discovery, motions, depositions, and resolution.
• Represent clients in disputes involving real estate, business matters, estates, and trusts.
• Develop effective litigation strategies and provide practical, thoughtful legal guidance.
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions, negotiate resolutions, and advocate for clients.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and mentor junior associates.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of our practice.
• Provide occasional support on transactional matters as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Bar admission.
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with pleadings, motions, written discovery, and depositions.
• Strong legal research, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Willingness to work primarily on-site in Maple Grove.
• Experience with real estate, business, probate, or trust disputes is a plus.
• Prior law firm experience preferred; solo practitioners are welcome.
