Note

We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of civil engineering experience in land development or site design. An EIT certification is required, and a PE license is preferred. Strong experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, stormwater management, and grading design is highly valued.

Job Description

As a Civil Engineer – Land Development, you'll play an important role in bringing site development projects from concept through design and implementation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Design civil engineering plans for residential, commercial, and land development projects.
• Develop site grading, drainage, stormwater management (SWM), and roadway designs.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare detailed engineering drawings, plans, and technical documentation.
• Perform engineering calculations and support site design and infrastructure planning.
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, planners, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support permitting, agency coordination, and regulatory compliance throughout the design process.
• Help solve challenging engineering problems while keeping projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil engineering experience in land development or site design.
• EIT certification required; PE license preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Working knowledge of stormwater management, site grading, drainage, and roadway design.
• Civil engineering educational or technical background.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities and contribute to multiple projects.
